Recognition
We like to celebrate achievement and encourage everyone to acknowledge those team members who demonstrate outstanding effort and embody our values and behaviours in everything they do. Throughout the year we recognise staff through our Values into Practice awards, and once a year we host our Faces of Frimley Health awards ceremony. We celebrate those reaching career milestones through our long service awards and encourage a range of other local recognition initiatives within our departments and teams.
Values into Practice (VIP) Awards
We regularly present awards to nominated staff who have gone above and beyond in demonstrating our values. Staff members, patients and the public can nominate someone they feel deserves an award. Nominations are reviewed by our directors and the winners are presented with an award at our regular public Board meetings.
Moments That Matter Cards
For the times and events that need to be celebrated and highlighted, we have our Moments That Matter Cards. These gestures are given out for a variety of reasons ranging from welcoming individuals to the team to Birthdays.
Thank You Cards
Staff and managers are encouraged to use our ‘thank you’ postcards to regularly celebrate success and show appreciation for staff who exemplify our values.
Long Service Awards
We celebrate a range of work anniversaries for staff reaching milestones of 20 years’ service and beyond with Frimley Health. We even have several staff who have worked with us for over 40 years!
